Featuring an oversized canopied bed and a décor to ignite the senses, this bedroom is definitely a private sanctuary for long nights of intimacy. A second bedroom is located upstairs and is aesthetically similar to the master suite with a double canopied bed and indulging en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor, both suitably distanced for personal time alone. Each bedroom is a stylishly appointed retreat that caters to the needs of adult guests with romantic canopied beds and indulging en-suite bathrooms. Both suites feature a décor in neutral shades to reflect Bali’s warm hospitality and provide quiet environments to rest in air-conditioned comfort.

Private Terrace
The upstairs section of the villa reveals a third bedroom and en-suite bathroom in an elegant layout similar to the other rooms. There is also a generous terrace area perfect for soaking up the sun or socializing over tropical cocktails under a star embellished night sky. The terrace is partially surrounded by several unique timber panels to create a sense of privacy without obscuring views.

The Shores Villa

A long, winding and picturesque road running through completely unspoiled rice paddies leads to the tiny coastal village of Seseh where our property is located. In this quaint and small village, one can still find the very essence of Bali as the pace slows down and the environment is well preserved and authentic.

Our estate sits in a large tropical garden of more than 2000m2 and consists of a two-story waterfront house with three en suite bedrooms, a living area, kitchen, dining room, media room and a traditional Balinese guest pavilion with two en-suite bedrooms. There are two swimming pools: an infinity-edge pool and our own little “Olympic” lap indoor/outdoor pool which has a unique feature of being visible through the glass floor on the main waterfront house.

The Shore can accommodate up to ten guests.

Accommodations
Beach Front Suite
The Shore was designed by acclaimed tropical architect V. Martin who used a combination of innovative contemporary shapes, sleek designs and traditional methods of construction. As a result, the blending of global chic and tropical feel finds its way in every aspect of the property.

Each of the 3 bedrooms, located in the main house, faces the ocean and offers a perfect vantage point to watch local Jukungs perpetuate the traditional way of fishing in Bali. The stylishly decorated rooms are constructed of native Teak and Bangkarai woods and finished in dark natural hues that harmonize in the tropical sunshine. The rooms feature generous 3m by 2.5m king sized beds, are air-conditioned and offer en suite bathrooms.

The Shore is one of the few truly beachfront villas in Bali

Ocean View Suite
Located behind the main house, the L-shaped guest pavilion is a traditional Balinese house, which was completely remodeled to modern standards. It has 2 bedrooms, similar in size and decoration giving a view of the ocean, the 30-meter long lap pool and the lush tropical garden.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned, with its own sitting area, and has an open-air shower room.

Living Room
Floor-to-ceiling glass windows of the living and dining room areas provide a panoramic view of the Bali beachfront and ocean.

At night, the glowing waters of the slim outdoor/indoor lap pool crossing below the lounge, a unique feature of the house, meet the ocean front infinity-edge pool to create a spectacular scene throughout the house.

A separate entertainment room is also available for your enjoyment during your stay at our private villa.

Dining Room
The dining room can sit up to ten people and offers the possibility to dine al fresco or in the comfort of an all air-conditioned space easily set-up with sliding glass and wood panels.

Directly adjacent to the living room, the dining room faces the beachfront.

You can use the kitchen yourself, or let the villa staff prepare a meal as you prefer.

Pool
The Shore has two connecting pools:

* For those who seek to relax and sunbathe by the ocean, we have a 200-m2 large infinity- edge swimming pool, with its own shallow area for little children
* For those adepts of physical fitness, there is a 30-meter lap pool running from the back garden with its flowing water visible through the glass floor of the main house living area and leads to the waterfromt. An ideal spot to watch the sunset !

Garden
Another interesting feature of The Shore is its expansive lush garden, a bit of a rarity for beachfront villa properties in Bali.

In our garden you will find varieties of Frangipani trees, Bougainvillias and Hibiscus offering a distinctive environment with the sea as the background.

Kitchen
In the main building, a well-designed, fully equipped “American” kitchen is conveniently adjacent to the dining and living area for the use of the guests or the staff to prepare the meals.

In addition, the staff quarters are equipped with an extra kitchen and a barbecue area.

Entertainment Room
For a change of atmosphere, head for the Entertainment room. It is filled with a complete home theater system, Flat screen TV, cable, DVD player and a game console.

About Us
Villa Satya is to us a special retreat during the rain season in Bali, we normally spend time here from December to March. In order to be able to work in peace and quietness on our books projects we enjoy sitting in the Balé (daybed near the pool) or up on the balcony in the first floor overviewing the momentary rice field. We have made this house our home, we hope you too can enjoy a very good time here, for us each day at the villa feels like a very special relaxation after our busy time in Europe and a nice place to call home.

Sakti is the Balinese word for supernatural, magical or having divine power. Villa Sakti immediately brings these words to life as a place for rejuvenation, relaxation and escape from the day-to-day. Built to the exacting specifications of renowned Dutch Architect Joost van Grieken, decorated with extraordinary modern and ancient artifacts and antiques collected from Indonesia and across Asia over a period of some 40 years, Villa Sakti is a peaceful oasis set within the confines of a secure private estate in the heart of Petitenget-Kerobokan-Seminyak area on Bali’s southwest coast.

About Villa Sakti
Villa Sakti comprises four buildings including an open sided dining pavilion. The two double-storey buildings and dining pavilion are linked by covered walkways, while the fourth building is a single-storey guest pavilion housing two bedrooms with ensuite open air bathrooms, a library/office with a computer for guest use, and an open living space furnished with a built-in sofa and large antique Javanese coffee table.

The property is characterized by an abundance of luxurious suarwood and teak from Indonesian Borneo, specially cut marble and tiles from Java and Sulawesi, gorgeous red stone from Lombok Island, and Balinese materials sourced from all over the island. With numerous areas for relaxation, a gorgeous tropical garden, 18-metre infinity pool, and a clever architectural design that blurs the boundaries between tropical open air living and in-door air-conditioned comfort, Villa Sakti truly is a magical private retreat.

Bedrooms
Villa Sakti presents four bedrooms located on two levels within the three main buildings, all with en-suite bathrooms and all equipped with full air conditioning, Bose sound systems and iPod docking stations, and flat screen cable-channel TVs with DVD players. Sleeping arrangements are flexible with comfortable accommodation for up to eight adults and two children.

The expansive master suite features a solid wood floor under a high, pitched roof lined with teak. One wall is finished in random red Lombok rock. Sliding floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlook the pool. It is furnished with a king size bed and offers a cosy sitting area complete with a deeply cushioned sofa and arm chair. At one end of the room is a pair of antique chairs, a table and a Chinese chest, and at the other a lovely old writing desk with a lamp. The air-conditioned en-suite bathroom has a large vanity area, twin washbasins and a luxurious overhead rainshower with the additional benefit of a handheld shower.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms in the guest suite are located on ground level, each with soaring roof. Mirror versions of each other, one is furnished with a king bed, while the other offers the choice of a king bed or twin beds. Each has a daybed, which provides sleeping accommodation for extra guests. There is also a window seat, writing desk, TV/DVD player and a wardrobe in each room. The ensuite open air bathrooms are each fitted with a single washbasin, toilet, and a rainshower positioned in a walled courtyard, open to the sky.

The upstairs guest room has a lovely view over the pool; it is furnished with a king bed, and is adjoined by a dressing area and a small bathroom with a walk in rainshower, toilet and washbasin. All bathrooms are finished in warm teak, suarwood, and Javanese tiles.

Food & Beverages
A private wine cellar provides guests with an excellent selection of wines from Italy, France, Spain, Argentina, Chile and Australia to complement the chef’s selections. Villa Sakti’s full time chef trained at Kafé Warisan, Bali’s famous French fine dining restaurant. He will prepare breakfasts, full lunches, snacks and dinners in the villa’s state-of-the-art kitchen or on the outdoor barbeque grill. Special meals can be prepared upon request, and the villa serves the finest coffees and teas from Sumatra, Sulawesi and Java.

Staff
Villa Sakti offers a six-star service with a delightful team of fully trained staff. The team includes a full time guest relations manager to look after all guest requirements, both inside and outside of the villa, plus a full time chef, and four personal butlers. Villa Sakti staff are chosen for their genuine warmth and natural friendliness, and are on duty 24 hours a day. From collection at the airport until departure home, every guest need is fulfilled with attention and care.

Privacy and discretion are assured from staff who understand the right measure of being at one’s disposable whenever needed yet out of sight whenever privacy is required. Staff can be reached by the integrated phone network installed throughout the villa. Offices for the staff and guest relations manager are completely separate from the guest areas to ensure privacy.

Kitchen
Villa Sakti’s kitchen and service areas are separated from guest living and garden areas so normal staff activities do not disturb guests. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and furnished with German and Italian appliances. A gas barbeque provides alternatives for grilling and entertaining in the garden. Garden & Pool
Villa Sakti’s luxurious walled tropical garden includes beautiful red and yellow bamboo, breadfruit trees and palms. Orchids and bougainvillea colour the walls, while across the terraces are indigenous flowers and plants from around Indonesia. Water falling from the fountains and the infinity pool provide a background for the songs of numerous species of birds. The entire villa compound is anchored by its stunning 18 metre pool with its own natural bio-system for water purification and filtration, which ensures that it is soft on the skin and gentle on the Earth.

The pool is perfect for laps or play, pool-side coffee in the morning, pool-side drinks in the afternoon or a pool-side candle-lit dinner in the evening, all served by the villa staff. The beautiful deep azure pool is complemented by a teakwood deck complete with sunbeds, umbrellas and green marble side-tables. In the Balinese style, a main feature of Villa Sakti’s outdoor living space is its Balinese ‘bale’, an open-sided relaxation and entertainment area beautifully furnished for lounging, reading and relaxing.

Location
Villa Sakti rests within Seminyak’s ‘Golden Triangle’ – the hottest holiday spot in Bali. This safe, up-market neighborhood is home to some of the classiest properties on the island. The location is close to the prestigious Oberoi and Legian Hotels, and convenient for all of Bali’s main shops, malls and tourist attractions, in addition to a plenitude of sumptuous spas, chic lounges and vibrant nightspots. Many of these options are within walking distance of Villa Sakti, or transportation can be arranged by the villa staff. Furthermore, the villa is only 25 minutes’ drive from Bali’s international airport.

The Villa is just a short stroll from the sweeping Petitenget Beach, which is well-known for its world-class surf breaks, panoramic coastline views and picture-perfect sunsets. A wide choice of highly acclaimed fine dining restaurants, including the famous Ku DéTa, Sarong, Nutmegs at Hu’u Bar, Living Room, La Lucciola, Breeze at The Samaya, and Blossom at Sentosa, are all less than a kilometer away. At the entrance to the villa’s private lane is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Bali, and the area also boasts a growing number of designer boutiques. The nearby Nirwana Bali Golf Course’ designed by Greg Norman was voted the number 1 golf course in Asia and lies beside the dramatic, waved-lashed sea temple of Tanah Lot.Tee-times can be arranged by the guest relations manager. For horse lovers, the ‘Umalas Equestrian Centre’ is just a few kilometers away, while tennis and squash amenities are available at a number of the hotels located near the villa.

Rates

Villa Kecapi Bali comprises 4 individual villas. Each villa is walled to ensure the privacy of guests. All villas feature a private swimming pool and lush tropical Balinese garden where guests can relax in their own way without the unnecessary disturbances found in large hotels or resorts.

Our property is best suited to small families and friends. In addition, because of the privacy given, our Villa also suitable for more intimate functions. Couples and honeymooners will appreciate the higher degree of privacy we provide and the discreet personal service that we offer.

All master bedroom furnished with King Size four poster bed (2x2m) with mosquito net. The second bedroom furnished with twin Double Size bed (1.2x2m) also equipped with mosquito net. Air Conditioned, Cable TV and en-suited bathroom on all bedrooms and a DVD player in the master bedroom.

Bathroom
The size of the bathroom are similar to the size of the bedroom. We realize that in normal day you don’t have time to relax as you would in your bathtub. Therefore we hope you can enjoy the experience in our spacious open-air bathtub and showers. Small safety box also installed in the master bathroom.

Equipped with 2 top stoves. Toaster, Coffee Maker, Juicer, Water, Refrigerator and Freezer, Hot and Cold water dispenser

Living and Dining area
Spacious living area for everyone in the villa directly beside the sun deck and swimming pool (3.5x8m 1.4m depth). Dining table that can serve villa guests and 2 extra guests located right beside the kitchen for easy access. Also in this area are Sound system, CD player, radio and mp3 player. So don’t forget to bring your iPod cable to connect it to our sound system.

Villa Location
Villa Sembilan is the third villa found in the luxurious Laksmana Villas complex. The very center of what is now considered the “Elegant District” in Seminyak close to the well known Oberoi & The Legian hotels. The villa is a 20 minute drive from the airport and a short walk to both La Luciola and Ku De Ta Restaurants.

The rooms
Villa Sembilan offers several renting options to holiday makers. The master bedroom and study / living room of the villa can be closed off to provide a charming 1 bedroom villa with it’s own pool and private entrance. The adjacent main villa has three large bedrooms each with king sized beds. This option which is suitable for a maximum of 6 guests, also has a living and dining pavillion as well as the main pool. All four bedrooms and study / living room have air conditioning, and bathrooms attatched. The fully appointed rooms use the highest grade of white fresh linen and soft pillows for peaceful relaxation at the end of your vacation day.

All rooms have pool & or garden views. The modern interior design contrasts with the traditional alang alang (thatched) roofing. The private en-suite bathrooms with double sinks and modern facilities ensure a unique Bali outdoor bathing experience. Two of the bathrooms in the main villa and the bathroom in the study / living room are open to the sky giving complete privacy under sun or stars.

The master bathroom features a Jacuzzi bathtub. Bathrooms feature raindrop shower head fittings which give the sensation of bathing under the falling rain with your choice of unlimited hot or cold water, which make a special bathing experience.

Tentative Confirmation
On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable tax), and the amount of deposit required (between 30-50% of total rental).

Reservation Confirmation
Due to high demand Villa Sembilan is often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested to our US$ bank account. When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation will be confirmed. Please advise us by email after your transfer has been made. We will then send you a written confirmation note. Reservations are handled on “first come, first served” basis.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable, unless agreed upon by the villa owner on special case by case basis. The balance of rental payment is due before your scheduled arrival date which once received is also non re fundable unless agreed by the owner.

Minimum Stays and Rental Rates
We have minimum stay requirement at Villa Sembilan of 3 nights. We might agree to a shorter stay on a case by case basis. Rental rates also vary according to the season, rental rates are subject to change without notice.

Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Villa Sembilan, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
