About Villa Alamanda – 4 bedroom luxury villa
Designed to harmonize with the environment and utilizing local materials, this exclusive villa comfortably sleeps up to eight people in four stylish and spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Elegant teak furniture is complemented by clean lines, natural colours and local artwork. A sizeable, open-air lounge and dining terrace overhangs the jungle, creating a true feeling of space and interaction with the stunning scenary. Villa Alamanda presents tropical living at its best.

Accommodations
Villa Alamanda is built on the side of a hill; the living area and bedrooms are all on the same level with steps leading down into the garden. A large gate opens onto a paved parking area, where indigenous stone walls portray a jigsaw of shapes.
Timeworn statues of comical characters greet the guests as they step into the cool interior of the villa through a set of antique double doors. Inside, the hallway extends towards a T-shaped wooden terrace. Furnished with antiques, this breezy open-air living area runs the length of the house and boasts a delightful dining section that just out over the tranquil gardens as they tumble into the steep ravine.
Each of the four bedrooms features red-hued hardwood floors, kind sized beds, double sliding glass and louver doors that open onto the terrace, en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and safety deposit boxes.

Large Dining Groups

All Rates are quoted in United States Dollars, per night, and subject to change without prior notice. - Seasons:
Low Season: Jan 09 - June 30 (Except Easter week and Chinese New year)
High Season: Chinese new year, Easter week, July 01 - July 31, Sept 01 - Sept 15.
Peak Season: Aug 01 - Aug 31 and Dec 20 - Jan 08 - Minumum of stay
It varies, the outline is low season = 3 nights, high = 5 nights and peak = 10 nights. - Payment
A 50% – non refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa upon booking confirmation. And final payment to be settled 45 days prior to arrive in Bali on low season and 60 days on peak season. Booking made within 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required.
