AYANNA VILLAS

Villa Ayanna is a stylish new complex of two and three bedroom residences located in the village of Canggu, an area that still adheres to the traditional Balinese way of life. The property is approximately One km from Echo Beach, a popular spot to surf or just chill out at the restaurant there. Guests are provided with top-of-the-range mountain bikes to explore Canggu and the gentle beauty of the surrounding landscape.

While Villa Ayanna has been designed as a modern property, there are distinct Balinese characteristics, such as thatched roof tops, that remain true to the local roots of the island. Meticulously planned to ensure guest satisfaction, Villa Ayanna features every necessary home convenience, including a private swimming pool, gourmet kitchen and spacious terrace setting for entertaining.

This holiday retreat has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to four adult guests without compromising style or privacy. There is plenty of outdoor space to soak up the sun either on reclining lounge chairs by the pool with its refreshing water feature or on the upstairs terrace.

Open Living The open plan living cum dining area overlooks the pool and has been decorated in tasteful furnishings and calming earthy hues. Adjacent to this space is a cosy alcove featuring a bench sofa and television for unobtrusive viewing pleasure. The kitchen is a fully equipped setup with all the appropriate appliances and tableware for in-villa dining.

Suite Bedroom
The master bedroom also overlooks the pool and is accessed via a small terrace that is the perfect niche to sit, read or just contemplate. Featuring an oversized canopied bed and a décor to ignite the senses, this bedroom is definitely a private sanctuary for long nights of intimacy. The spa styled en-suite bathroom in a cool shade of grey marble features a separate tub, shower recess and generous vanity that caters to the needs of couples.

Social Environment
A second bedroom is located upstairs and is aesthetically similar to the master suite with a double canopied bed and indulging en-suite bathroom. The most unique feature of this upper level is a spacious open-air terrace that captures the full afternoon sun and a hint of sea breeze. This multi-purpose setting is ideal for social entertaining, especially to enjoy after dinner drinks with a small group of friends and loved ones.

Villa Ayanna manages to embrace the future and at the same time pay respect to the islands rich culture and artistic heritage.

The villa lies within a private compound complete with swimming pool and generous sun deck. Designed to encourage healthy outdoor living, the lounge cum dining area is open to the elements and captures plenty of natural lighting and optimal air flow. A galley style kitchen, which is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and tableware, is discreetly hidden and does not detract from the overall visual appeal of the setting.

Adult Retreats
There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor, both suitably distanced for personal time alone. Each bedroom is a stylishly appointed retreat that caters to the needs of adult guests with romantic canopied beds and indulging en-suite bathrooms. Both suites feature a décor in neutral shades to reflect Bali’s warm hospitality and provide quiet environments to rest in air-conditioned comfort.

Private Terrace
The upstairs section of the villa reveals a third bedroom and en-suite bathroom in an elegant layout similar to the other rooms. There is also a generous terrace area perfect for soaking up the sun or socializing over tropical cocktails under a star embellished night sky. The terrace is partially surrounded by several unique timber panels to create a sense of privacy without obscuring views.

Relaxed Living
Essentially the three bedroom category in the Villa Ayanna complex accommodates up to six guests and offers modern conveniences to ensure that holidaymakers feel totally at home. General Booking Terms:

• Rates:
  All Rates are quoted in United States Dollars, per night, and subject to change without prior notice.
• Seasons:
  Low Season: Jan 09 - June 30 (Except Easter week and Chinese New year)
  High Season: Chinese new year, Easter week, July 01 - July 31, Sept 01 - Sept 15.
  Peak Season: Aug 01 - Aug 31 and Dec 20 - Jan 08
• Minumum of stay
  It varies, the outline is low season = 3 nights, high = 5 nights and peak = 10 nights.
• Payment
  A 50% – non refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa upon booking confirmation. And final payment to be settled 45 days prior to arrive in Bali on low season and 60 days on peak season. Booking made within 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required.
