Welcome to the home page of the website for Villa Indah Manis and Bulan Madu. Together, Indah Manis and Bulan Madu provide a luxurious 5.5 bedroom retreat in southern Bali, run with the comforts of a private home and the service standards of a fine boutique hotel.
Indah Manis, with 4 bedrooms + 1 kids bedroom, a gym, spa, media room and guest office, provides the bulk of the facilities. Bulan Madu is a completely private 1 bedroom villa attached to the main property and built as a honeymoon suite. The two villas can be rented together or separately. Both include a private pool and 5 star service from our professional and friendly staff.

About Indah Manis
Surrounded by forest and rural scenes, Villa Indah Manis commands breathtaking views spanning the Indian Ocean and the southernmost tip of the island all the way up the west coast past Jimbaran, the airport, Kuta and Canggu, and inland to Bedugul. On a clear day, the awesome vista takes in Mt Batu Karu together with the volcanoes of East Java. This beautiful area boasts some of the most idyllic beaches in Bali, including Balangan, Dreamland, Bingin and Padang Padang. These hidden, white sandy coves are great for both surfers and non-surfers alike.
Designed to maximise the views and catch the cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, the property offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. It is composed of a series of pavilions, with a dramatic 16-metre lap pool, complemented by a flat green lawn, terraces ornamental ponds and water features. All of the bedrooms are equipped with safe deposit boxes and hairdryers, and additional TVs can be provided upon request.
The property is built to be functional, designed around weddings, parties and celebrations. A full service kitchen provides the facilities to cater for up to eighty guests, all of whom can be seated on the terrace. The main garden can accommodate the same number for a Champagne reception, and the open-air bar is also a suitable area for stand-up cocktails. The pool can be covered with a temporary platform to create a dance floor or a stage for a live band. The terrace and lawns are also perfect for dance performances, and barbeques, which are a specialty of the villa. The modern Balinese architecture makes use of local materials, such as white Palimanan stone, teakwood and sandwash, together with ‘sirap’ ironwood shingle for the roofs.
About Bulan Madu
Bulan Madu is a direct translation of “Honey Moon” from Bahasa Indonesia; this romantic villa covers an area of 350 square metres, and is totally private with its own exclusive entrance flanked by elephant welcome statues. Guests staying here will benefit from all of the same 5-star services that are provided at Indah Manis, where romantic candlelit dinners for two are a specialty of Bulan Madu.

Dinner parties and small functions can all catered within the villa for group of maximum 14 guests – please ask the chef or manager for more details at any time of the day, whether you are requesting breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. Should you have a request for a dish not on the menu, or a special dietary requirement, please feel free to ask the chef, who will strive to comply with all of your wishes.
Large Dining Groups
If you have a large group it is advisable that the group dines on the same dish or that you order several dishes to be shared. Please allow at least one day’s notice, and feel free to discuss any requirements with the chef or Villa Manager. Also consult Events Section.
Using the kitchen
If you prefer to do your own cooking, please do not hesitate to make use of the kitchen facilities yourself. We can help you with your shopping during your stay. A small fee will be charged.
Beverages
Villa Indah Manis has a temperature controlled stock of soft drinks, beers, spirits, wines and champagnes. All beverages are charged per drink that you order, except for wine which is charged per bottle. Please also ask the staff if you have any special beverage orders and they will accommodate your needs. A 50% – non refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa upon booking confirmation. And final payment to be settled 45 days prior to arrive in Bali on low season and 60 days on peak season. Booking made within 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required.
