Full Description of Villa Satya

About Us
Villa Satya is to us a special retreat during the rain season in Bali, we normally spend time here from December to March. In order to be able to work in peace and quietness on our books projects we enjoy sitting in the Balé (daybed near the pool) or up on the balcony in the first floor overviewing the momentary rice field. We have made this house our home, we hope you too can enjoy a very good time here, for us each day at the villa feels like a very special relaxation after our busy time in Europe and a nice place to call home.

Located in the cosmopolitan district of Seminyak, Villa Satya is a fine example of tropical living at its very best. This stylish 4-bedroom residence has been realistically designed to optimize space, natural light and the backdrop of rice terrace views. All rooms have air-conditioning and special ensuite bathrooms. An inviting outdoor area incorporates towering palms as well as a full-length swimming pool. Nestled into a corner there is a Balinese styled pavilion, a shady spot to curl up with a good book or just relax.

General Booking Terms:

• Rates:
  All Rates are quoted in United States Dollars, per night, and subject to change without prior notice.
• Seasons:
  Low Season: Jan 09 - June 30 (Except Easter week and Chinese New year)
  High Season: Chinese new year, Easter week, July 01 - July 31, Sept 01 - Sept 15.
  Peak Season: Aug 01 - Aug 31 and Dec 20 - Jan 08
• Minumum of stay
  It varies, the outline is low season = 3 nights, high = 5 nights and peak = 10 nights.
• Payment
  A 50% – non refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa upon booking confirmation. And final payment to be settled 45 days prior to arrive in Bali on low season and 60 days on peak season. Booking made within 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required.
